Payment Terms and Conditions – Treyon

Treyon offers different payment methods to provide a practical, secure, and efficient shopping experience. This document presents the accepted methods, processing times, and applicable conditions. By making a purchase on our website, the customer declares to agree with the terms established herein.

1. Available Payment Methods

1.1. Bank Slip (Boleto Bancário)

  • Payment via bank slip is made in a single installment, being automatically generated with a defined due date;
  • Compensation can take up to 2 business days after payment. Only after confirmation will the order proceed to processing and shipping;
  • Bank slips not paid by the due date will result in the automatic cancellation of the order.

1.2. Pix

  • Payment via Pix is made using a QR Code valid for up to 15 minutes;
  • Confirmation occurs instantly, with automatic update of the order status;
  • Payments not completed within the deadline will result in the automatic cancellation of the order.

1.3. Credit Card

  • Purchases can be paid in up to 12 installments, with applicable interest as shown at the time of checkout;
  • Transactions are processed by secure payment intermediaries, with real-time analysis and approval;
  • In specific situations, the order may undergo manual analysis, with a confirmation period of up to 24 hours;
  • Financial data is encrypted and not stored by Treyon, ensuring greater security.

2. Security and Privacy of Payment Data

  • Data Protection: Sensitive information, such as credit card details, is not stored by Treyon, being processed directly by secure systems;
  • Fraud Prevention: Strict security measures are adopted. In case of suspicion, additional information may be requested for purchase validation.

3. Order Cancellation

  • Automatic Cancellation: Payments not confirmed within the deadline will be automatically canceled (applicable to bank slip and Pix);
  • Manual Cancellation: The customer may request cancellation before shipping. After dispatch, the rules of the Refund Policy apply.

4. Procedures in Case of Payment Failures

In case of processing failures, data inconsistencies, or suspicion of fraud, the order may be temporarily suspended until the situation is resolved. The Treyon team will contact you to guide you on the next steps.
